The Big Island Soil & Water Preservation Association's mission is to protect, preserve and beautify the natural resources, recreational attributes of Big Island, Rock Island County, Illinois. To educate citizens on the protection, preservation and beautification of Big Island's natural resources and recreational attributes. To provide a safe environment for families to live and play on Big Island, Illinois.
